Booking

We offer Private Trial for individuals (JPY 5000+tax), or Duet Trial for 2 people (JPY 7000+tax).
Trials are conducted in the private tuition area with one dedicated instructor, who will spend the first 15 minutes discussing your physical situation(s) and personal requirements. Your instructor will then coach you through various pilates exercises, while monitoring your strength, flexibility and body alignment. After your trial, you will have a clear understanding what pilates can do for you, and your instructor will have a clear assessment of your abilities and requirements.
We request you to arrive at the studio 15-20 minutes before your trial starts.

STEP 1

Either hit the “Trial Class” button above, or choose Trial in the menu below on the left. Then select either Private Trial or Duet Trial, and hit “book”.

STEP 2

On the next page, you may choose a particular instructor if you have a preference. If you don’t have a preference, and would rather have the widest choice of time-slots, please select “first available” at this step.

STEP 3

Select a date and time, enter personal details, and finally credit card details to pay and confirm your booking.

Please sign in first, either using the sign-in icon at the top right on the menu bar, or by hitting the ‘Buy Package’ link here.

STEP 2

Input username and password, and you will arrive at the “Customer area” as shown in the screenshot below’.

STEP 3

Here you can manage your account, purchase class packages, view, amend, and make new bookings, and so on.

　　　　

STEP 4

If purchasing a private or duet package, please take care to purchase the correct package. If you wish to take classes with our studio owner, Taeko, please purchase a ‘Premium’ package. Regular packages are for private or duet classes all other instructors, but not with Taeko.

STEP 5

Once you have bought a package, you will receive credits, which are automatically used to pay for new bookings. For private/duet classes with Taeko, please choose a ‘Premium’ class. For other instructors, please choose a regular private or duet class.
